Joshua "The Gunny" Adams is the Owner and CEO of Perspective Approach, a company focused on enhancing leadership and organizational performance.
A former Marine who enlisted at 17, he rose quickly to Gunnery Sergeant and earned multiple medals for leadership and valor. After sustaining serious injuries, he retired to prioritize his family life.

COACHING
Joshua works with leaders on an individual level to achieve targeted results quickly and permanently. Topics may include holding others accountable, improvements in conflict mediation, how to plan, or any area in which a leader would like to improve. Coaching may be in-person or conducted remotely.
